Welcome to Waveney Roller Skating Club!!
Waveney RSC started in Lowestoft in 1982
We teach figures, free skating and dance and are affiliated
to the Federation of Artistic Roller Skating
The coach is Carla Smith, who was
trained by the late Jane Jiggins (Gosling) former British pairs champion.
Jane won
the British Pairs Championships 3 times during the 1960's and came 5th at the world championships. Jane was Gold Standard for Figures, Free skating, Dance and Pairs and received
a Long Service Award for her dedication to Roller Skating.
Waveney
RSC have acheived the Clubmark Award. We are one of the first skating clubs in the country to obtain this award. The
official presentation took place on 17th October 2010.
